Blair Pettigrew, AIA is a licensed architect and LEED Green Associate with over 25 years of experience in the design and management of high-end, custom modern residences. He studied architecture at Washington University in St. Louis and began his career at the esteemed Lubowicki Lanier Architects in El Segundo, followed by a formative tenure at the multidisciplinary firm Rios Clementi Hale Studios in Hollywood.
Blair quickly earned a reputation as a thoughtful, creative designer with strong technical skills in detailing and construction administration. His clarity in communication and leadership ability placed him in key management roles early in his career. In 2009, he was engaged exclusively by a prominent Hollywood family to lead the design and management of their projects, also serving as their trusted owner’s representative. This unique perspective—designing from the owner’s point of view—has deeply informed his approach to architecture.
In 2017, Blair founded CigoL Architecture, a firm grounded in the values of communication, trust, creativity, and leadership. He continues to push the profession forward by integrating advanced 3D modeling technologies to enhance green building practices, streamline documentation, and improve client visualization throughout the design process.
